We are asking alumni, students, and friends to help spread the word through their own social media and personal networks about our Giving Day by sharing their enthusiasm for #TogetherForTransy.
Anyone can be an Advocate; the only requirement is that you love Transy and you follow these two tasks:
- Make your own gift on March 24, even if you have already made a gift this fiscal year. An additional participation gift will not only help us reach our goal, but also encourage others to join you!
- Encourage your social networks to join you in participating in #TogetherForTransy. You can do this through social media, email, or by phone.

Together for Transy is a great occasion to reflect on and share your story. Alumni, students, families, employees, and supporters can be encouraged and inspired to give through the stories of those impacted by the education and experience we provide at Transy.
The sample posts below are a starting point: you’re welcome to copy and paste, but we encourage you to make them your own and personalize with your own voice, Transy story, and reason for giving.

Ideas for things to share with your communities:
- Share your favorite Transy memory
- Tag your college fraternity brothers/sorority sisters, roommate, professor, teammates — share a memory with them!
- Text your group chat of Transy friends, share a memory or photo, or invite them to join you in giving.
- Share about your experience as a parent and the impact Transy has had on you or your child.
- Tell your network why Transy has made a lasting impact on your life — is it your job? A friend? Your life-changing experience? A professor? A class? It can be anything!
