The proud parents of Allison Tapia ‘22 are challenging other current and past Transy families to join them in giving during Together For Transy! For every dollar contributed by a parent or grandparent, or other family member of a student or graduate, the Tapia Family will match it, up to $10,000!

On the Map
100%50 of 50 Goal
Make sure your current home is represented in the “On the Map” Challenge! Mac '92 and Jessica Lagrew Thompson '94 will contribute $300 for every state where a gift is made, and multiplied across the country, that’s $15,000 if we cover the map! So whether you are far from home or down the street, your donation can be amplified.
(Hover over each state to see the number of gifts and dollar amount raised. All international gifts will be tallied at the bottom of the map. This website updates every 5 minutes, so be patient if you don't see your state fill in immediately after you make a gift.)

Home Is Where The Heart Is
191%$383,082.67 of $200,000 Goal
Through the generosity of two Board of Trustees members, all gifts will be doubled today, up to a total of $100,000. Let’s show everyone how much we all love helping future generations of Pioneers succeed and find their home here!

Student Life Challenge
100%$22,000.00 of $22,000 Goal Our Office of Student Life creates a dynamic learning environment every day, filling our campus with meaningful events, supporting student organizations, and providing support to every Transy student. All gifts to the Student Life Office today will be matched, up to $11,000, thanks to John McClellan '90, Kara Little Covert '90, and Michael Covert '91.

Student Challenge
242%121 of 50 Goal To show how much our alumni believe in you and your futures, Board of Trustees member Marta Hayne '76 is offering you a special challenge! If 50 or more students make a gift of any amount to Transy today, she will donate $5,000! Unlock these dollars by giving as little as $1 each.
Don’t forget to stop by the Together for Transy tables in the Campus Center! Students who donate can spin the prize wheel for stickers, socks, t-shirts and other vintage Transy gear! You must be present in the Campus Center to spin the wheel. Plus, all students who donate today will be entered into a giveaway for a bookstore gift certificate and reserved parking pass.

Experiential Learning
113%$11,364.53 of $10,000 Goal Experiential learning is a defining strength at Transy: this year 45% of students have participated in at least one high-impact experience. As part of our 2030 strategic plan, our goal is to move experiential learning from incidental to intentional — and ultimately toward near‑universal participation. Today, all gifts made to Study Abroad, Paid Internships, or Research for Chemistry and Physics, will be matched, up to $5,000, thanks to Doc Denton '73.

My Old Kentucky Home
86%652 of 750 Goal This year we're announcing a new challenge in honor of Transy's home state. If we receive gifts from 750 Kentuckians, we'll unlock a $10,000 gift from Board of Trustees member Billie Jo Setzer '89 and her husband Brett. Your gift can be to any program or fund, and may also count towards other challenges!

Battle of the Classes
You started your Transy journey with them, spent four years on campus making memories, and now you've gone your separate ways — but nobody can replace your class! Which class has the most Transy spirit? That's up to you. The Transy Class with the most donors participating will be added to our official Together For Transy plaque - and secure the bragging rights.

New Donor Challenge
293%220 of 75 Goal If you have not donated to Transy before, this is a GREAT day to do it! If we receive 75 gifts from first-time donors, Bill ‘73 and Judy Richmond Bramblet ‘75 will donate $11,000 today. You can designate your first gift to any area of campus and it can count towards other challenges as well. Join us today!
Plus: Starting in 2026, if you take the standard deduction on your taxes (and don't itemize), you can get a new deduction for up to $1,000, of charitable donations, so your gift to Transy today could help you get some money back at tax time next year.
All matching funds go to the Transylvania Fund, supporting scholarships and other areas of greatest need.

Scholarship Challenge
65%$104,724.09 of $160,000 Goal Transylvania scholarships are driven by donor support. When you give to the General Scholarship Fund during Together For Transy, your donation will be matched, dollar for dollar, by two members of our Board of Regents and one member of the Class of 1995 – up to $80,000 total. By investing in Pioneers, we can help defray the cost of a Transylvania education for tomorrow’s leaders, doers, and dreamers.

Fraternity and Sorority Olympics
Our chapters are fierce competitors during the annual Fraternity and Sorority Together for Transy competition, battling to see which organizations can bring the greatest number of donations for Transy. So whether you're a graduate, active member, or parent, make your gift during Together For Transy, flag your affiliation, and watch to see whose Greek home shines brightest!

Campus Belonging
100%$20,000.00 of $20,000 Goal Today we come Together for Transy to support efforts that make our campus home a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and connected. Your gifts to the Campus Belonging Challenge will help strengthen programs like student community service experiences, cultural learning opportunities, and resources to support underrepresented student groups. Every contribution will be matched, up to $10,000, thanks to Neil '70 and Carrie Farris, Chris Sauer '95 and Meghan Henson, and Lisa Stuckey '80. Your support ensures that Transy continues to be a home where everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
